Principal's Message

Hello Bluebonnet Elementary Parents and Guardians:

Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year! I am honored to be your PROUD new principal and look forward to partnering with you and our amazing teachers to provide our students the best elementary experience possible.

This will be my 19th year in education. I taught for 12 years in Del Valle before becoming an assistant principal for the last 6 years in Hays CISD. Elementary education is my passion and I believe that all students deserve to grow and have their creativity nurtured as we help prepare them to be our future citizens. 

Our theme this year is “Leaders R Us - Bluebonnet Elementary, Where a kid can be a kid…and a leader”. We want to focus on growing our students both academically and with a solid social-emotional foundation to prepare them for whatever paths they may choose in their lives. 

Please know that you have such an important role in your student’s education and my door is always open should you have any need to discuss your child’s journey along the way. I look forward to a successful year!
